Ruler - Bias Ruler EZ

EZ Quilting Bias Ruler - Simpli-EZ. Ruler folds open, then place the diagonal short edges of the ruler on the raw edges of a single layer of 1/2 yard cut of fabric. The ruler long sides provide you a 45 degree true bias cutting edge for 2-1/2" wide strips. There are additional measurements on the ruler to cut narrow strips of fabric.
